I was scheduled to work 10:30-6:30 this week so I decided to change my schedule for next week to be the same, anticipating more bad (rainy) weather but this past weekend it really warmed up and is beautiful outside. Warm nights and even warmer days.
Next week there is only 2 days with light rain showers and the daytime temperature is not supposed to dip below 16°C. I think next week I will ask for 9-5 for a while. So I have the evenings to get out and do stuff.
Kristy my boyfriends sister messaged me today to see if I wanted to go to the gym, so we decided to go for an hour or so tonight. We just got back. It was a bit hard after a week of slacking off to get back into it again. Lucky for me they have some stair steppers, exercise bikes and treadmills with TV’s attached.
So I watched a few episodes of The Big Bang Theory and first stepped then walked for half and hour and hour respectively. Overall I only burned about 250 calories but my knee was bugging me so I had to quit for the night. Going to go back Thursday.
