I’m feeling really lost right now. I have group in about 2 1/2 hours and I don’t want to go. I don’t want to talk to anyone. What good is it to tell them my thoughts, feelings and problems when there is nothing anyone can do for me right now.

I have never in my life missed someone so much as I do right now. I feel so alone and lost, and hurt and just sad.

I’m just not in the mood to go talk to a bunch of strangers about why I feel so lost and abandoned right now.
